Change isn’t easy. We all go through changes (marriage, divorce, caregiving, medical issues, financial crisis, job loss, grief, and more). All of this can bring on feelings of fear, anxiety, anger and even depression. It can leave you feeling lonely and isolated. These feelings are not the whole picture. They are only part of you. You The first step is becoming aware of what you feel and how it impacts you. Sometimes, having a supportive person by your side who listens, validates and encourages is the best way to through a challenge.
I am a Certified Life Transitions Coach. I also have a Bachelors of Social work. I work with people who are goal oriented and focused. Staying stuck is not an option if you want to live a life of immense joy.
